BIM design engineer
Job responsibilities:
（1）Assist responsible person to complete BIM related work （2）Responsible for the establishment of BIM model of water heating （3）Complete small BIM tasks independently
Requirements:
（1）Familiar with AutoCAD, Revit and other design drawing software （2）Learn about Navisworks, Fuzor and other BIM applications （3）Responsible, good at finding and summarizing problems. （4）Have project experience is a plus （5）Water heating designers are a priority （6）Experience in plumbing is preferred
Budget engineer
Job responsibilities:

Hvac design engineer
Job responsibilities:
（1）Communicate with the design unit, coordinate the water supply and drainage, check the design plan and quality of the drawing; （2）Provide technical support for water supply and drainage construction; （3）Participate in the design meeting and the on-site inspection, cooperate with the construction and inspection, handle the design problem, and confirm the design change document; （4）Technical analysis and supervision and management of water heating projects in engineering projects; （5）Responsible for the coordination and communication with construction units and supervision units.
Requirements:

Job responsibilities:
（1）Responsible for the procurement of project materials and follow up, arrival and acceptance of the products; （2）Review the purchase order and arrange material entry in a timely manner according to the construction schedule; （3）Have a certain budget, cost control concept, responsible for material inquiry, price comparison, order contract formulation; （4）Timely completion of other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
（1）More than 1 year experience in purchasing, engineering purchasing experience, familiar with the characteristics and market of purchasing products; （2）Be familiar with the relevant purchasing process with certain engineering predetermined ability. （3）Engineering major is preferred. （4）Bachelor degree or above
